COmpany PROMET GROUP was established in 2001, as a fourth entity of the group, overtaking the holding duties over the group. since the establishment year the group has grown into the four segments with more than 30 companies. Parent company drives the development, acqusutions, and strategy.
Early of 2022 the majority of central cervices originally provided by the company have been transfered to newly established entity Promet Corporate Services and Promet Group overtook solely activities of strategy, development and acquisitions, as well as PROMET brand care.
