PROMET+ connects the entire group. The app is now available to every employee
The internal PROMET+ app is now available to employees of TAWESCO in Kopřivnice as well. This marks the completion of the main phase of the “Plusko” rollout. Approximately 1,450 employees currently have access to the app. We believe they will find it a useful tool that saves time and improves orientation in everyday company operations.
Comfort and guidance in one
PROMET+ provides clear, structured information on your phone, tailored by individual companies and job roles. In addition to news and updates, it includes important documents and other internal tools. You may also appreciate features such as arranging carpooling or using the internal employee marketplace.
PROMET+ on mobile or desktop brings together in one place:
- phone contacts for colleagues across the group
- current benefits and discounted offers (e.g. shopping at Alza.cz)
- a guide to completing travel expense claims, working time records, and other instructions
- information on occupational health services, the group’s organizational structure, and other practical links.
The app is built on the Plusco platform developed by SOVA NET and customized to the needs of the group. During the autumn, the marketing team visited colleagues in Petřvald, Vsetín, Ratiboř, Paskov, and most recently Kopřivnice. They helped with installation, answered questions, and collected feedback directly from users.
The app has already earned nicknames such as “plusko” or “péčko.” Whatever colleagues choose to call it, we are pleased that it is proving useful. In 2026, we will continue to develop it further based on real needs and feedback from across the companies.
