One-third of employees already use the internal PROMET+ application
During a two-day roadshow, the internal PROMET+ application was introduced to four other Promet Group companies. The marketing team visited colleagues in Petřvald, Vsetín, Ratiboř, and Paskov, where they not only helped with the implementation of the application, but also personally collected feedback and supported "pluskaři" with a sweet reward.
Our tour stops took us to KOFING, VAMOZ CONSTRUCTION, PROMET FOUNDRY, and PROMET PREFIX. The main goal was to introduce the application to employees, help them with installation, and show them what PROMET+ has to offer. In the app, colleagues can find everything they need in one place – from news and benefits to documents, internal contacts, and useful links.
The app platform is based on the Plusco solution from SOVA NET, which has been customized to the needs of the Promet Group.
The number of users is growing, and with it the family of "pluska" or "péčka," as some have already begun to nickname the application. People's creativity has taken off, and we in marketing were happy to be there in person.
- Currently, one-third of the group's employees can download the application.
- By February next year, everyone will be able to use it.
