We launched PROMET+
At Promet Group, we launched a pilot operation of the new Promet+ application, which serves as a tool for internal communication across the group. We believe that it will become an everyday helper and gradually connect all companies in the group.

If you want your colleagues to download a new internal communication application to their mobile phones, you have to be smart about it. For example, with some high-quality chocolate. You don't have to, but you can. And we wanted to.
We first launched the pilot operation of the Promet+ application at the Promet Group headquarters in Ostrava. On the first day, over 80% of colleagues signed up, which we consider a great result. The application can be used not only on mobile phones, but also via a web interface on a computer.
The app was developed by SOVA NET, a company that has long focused on digital tools for internal communication in companies.
So what can Promet+ do?

– Contacts for colleagues and other useful information
– Overview of benefits and tips on where to go for lunch or to the doctor
– Surveys, questionnaires, competitions

Our goal is to use the application to improve the flow of information and bring people closer not only to what is happening in individual companies, but also to what is happening throughout the Promet Group. To bring people together, simplify, and connect.
We don't know exactly how many cocoa beans were used for the entire event. But we do know that when communication, technology, and a little chocolate come together, it can be a surprisingly good start.
