We have built a new social services complex in the Moravian-Silesian Region
The construction in Skotnice includes two modern bungalows and facilities for twelve clients with special needs. The project also includes a renovated original building, roads, and a garden for leisure activities. We built the complex as a public contract for the Moravian-Silesian Region.
The new facility in the village near Mošnov will offer social care to people with mental illness or disabilities. Clients will find a peaceful, dignified, and safe environment here. The quality of the work performed was therefore essential for us.
The renovated building is barrier-free, and the bungalows are equipped with heat pumps, underfloor heating, photovoltaics on the roof, and a rainwater harvesting system for flushing.

In addition to two new residential bungalows with terraces, the complex also includes common facilities, outdoor recreational areas, and infrastructure. The project includes a gazebo for outdoor activities, a garden retention pond for rainwater, paved roads and sidewalks, and landscaping.

We carried out the construction as a public contract for the Moravian-Silesian Region. The facility will be operated by Domov NaNovo, a regional contributory organization.
"This was an exceptional project for us. Knowing that we were building for people who need a dignified and safe place to live was a strong motivation for our colleagues. We believe that the future residents will find a peaceful home and a place to settle down in the Skotnice complex," said Dalibor Maťa, Chairman of the Board of Directors of VAMOZ CONSTRUCTION.
