We handed over a new apartment building to Fryčovice

The new building is located on municipal land in the center of Fryčovice, where a new village square is being created. In the next phase, the roads will be modified, a paved connection to the parking lot will be created, and landscaping will be carried out.

"We were very satisfied with VAMOZ CONSTRUCTION. We were lucky in our choice of contractor and cannot praise the cooperation enough," says Fryčovice Deputy Mayor Vratislav Konečný.

Originally, a community center for seniors was to be built on the municipal land. However, the municipality ultimately opted for affordable rental housing. And it did well. There was twice as much interest in the apartments. Young families and older couples will move into the three-story building with an elevator, bicycle storage, and a common room at the beginning of October.

The location has an interesting history. There used to be a large farmstead here, known as the vojství, which ceased to exist at the turn of the 1980s and 1990s. Today, the area is used by the local volunteer fire department for training, for example. Greenery will be planted here in the fall.

"We are glad that we were able to help the municipality with the construction of additional housing. We are all the more pleased that there is such interest in it and that all the apartments already have their future residents," says Dalibor Maťa, Chairman of the Board of Directors of VAMOZ CONSTRUCTION.

Fryčovice has been growing for a long time. Today, it has a population of almost 2,500, and people like to return here. The municipality has a strong infrastructure. Accessible preschool education, a school with a swimming pool, and a planned supermarket. In addition, it is conveniently located near Ostrava, Frýdek-Místek, and Kopřivnice.
