We are building 24 new rental apartments in Nošovice. They will be completed next spring.

We are pleased to introduce one of the projects delivered by our Engineering Division. Worth CZK 128 million, it is the largest construction investment in the municipality’s history and aims to support affordable housing and attract young families to the area.

The houses being built by VAMOZ CONSTRUCTION are already taking shape. Construction has reached the second and third above-ground floors. Each building will have eight apartments, and energy efficiency is a key consideration in the construction. Green roofs and on-site solar panels will be included. A bonus for future residents will be the view of the Beskydy Mountains. The first residents could move in as early as next spring.
