The tool shop is the heart of production, where cars take shape. Since 2011, we have invested over CZK 730 million in the tool shop's halls, buildings, and technologies, creating one of the most technologically advanced workplaces of its kind.

The story of every car or agricultural machine begins in the tool shop
Without the tool shop, it would not be possible to manufacture doors, hoods, or other body parts. This is where the pressing molds and jigs are created, enabling the presses and welding shops to produce individual parts. This is where sheet metal parts take their final shape. The workshop is also used for model upgrades, such as facelifts, when new molds have to be prepared for innovative parts.

Investments and modernization
Since TAWESCO became part of the Promet Group, the tool shop has undergone extensive renovation. New roofs, floors, insulation, and modern heating have reduced energy costs by 75%. More than CZK 230 million has been invested in the machines and equipment themselves. Our technology comes from leading European manufacturers with whom we have long-term partnerships.
Thanks to them and the expertise of our team, we are able to produce tools of the highest quality and meet the demanding requirements of car manufacturers and agricultural machinery producers. We are able to implement projects that are beyond the scope and complexity of many other companies.
