STECOMTRA has a new CEO
Pavel Jurečka has joined the company's management team. His goal is to stabilize the company's finances and prepare it for further development.
Pavel Jurečka comes to STECOMTRA with many years of management experience in manufacturing and technology companies. He has spent his entire professional life in the manufacturing industry. For the past three years, he has held the position of CEO of the Slovak company Vývoj Martin, which focuses on the development, production, and sale of special military containers. Prior to that, he worked for Tatra Trucks for many years, where he was primarily involved in managing the production and implementation aspects of the business.
The new CEO's main priorities include increasing production efficiency and gradually expanding the portfolio with higher value-added orders.
"I am looking forward to the changes and I believe that I will find a team here that is not afraid of them. No director can function without a strong team – and I am only as good as the people I work with," says Pavel Jurečka.
Pavel Jurečka comes from northern Moravia. He studied economics, management, and business at the University of Ostrava.
