Promet Group Leadership Meets in Pustevny
The spring meeting of Promet Group leadership took place this time in the Beskydy Mountains. In addition to sharing results and plans across individual divisions, it also included an informal part in the surroundings of Pustevny, including a walk to the Radegast statue and a visit to the Valaška Skywalk.
We concluded the meeting at Pustevny by the statue of the Slavic god Radegast, a symbol of strength, prosperity and harvest. With a touch of humor, we “asked” for his favor for the months ahead.
The working part of the day was filled with presentations from individual divisions and departments, sharing results, and discussions about future plans and the overall direction of the group. The venue was the Panoráma restaurant in Pustevny, located at over 1,000 meters above sea level, just a few steps from the upper cable car station.
Holding the meeting outside the usual work environment made it possible to step out of daily operations, shift perspective, and look at key topics from a broader viewpoint. The program also included time spent outdoors around Pustevny, naturally complementing the working part of the day.
