Promet Group has a new CFO
Miroslav Suchý is the new CFO of Promet Group. He is an experienced professional with more than 30 years of experience in acquisitions, finance, restructuring, internal auditing, and corporate management in CFO and CEO positions.
"It is a great challenge and opportunity for me to participate in the development of a strong industrial group with a significant market position, while continuing the excellent work of my predecessors," says Miroslav about his appointment.

I am very pleased that he is joining our team and I believe that his work will support the further growth of our engineering group," says Denisa Materová, CEO of the Promet Group, about Miroslav's appointment.
Mirek spent a significant part of his career at PPF Group, where he focused on financial management, controlling, and development projects. He gained further key experience at AGC (Asahi Glass Company) in financial management of projects in an international environment. He subsequently applied this experience in other management roles at Monetica and Biovendor Group.
