Marcel Vrátný is in his third year with the group. Until now, he has led the Engineering Division, where he contributed to the consolidation of companies, the development of their strategies, and the strengthening of cooperation with the parent company.

“I am pleased that Marcel has accepted this position. He already knows Promet very well and has many years of experience in the role of technical director and with investments from his time at Veolia. He continued in these roles as Chief Operating Officer and later as CEO of MH Teplárenský Holding. I look forward to working with him in his new role. We have some exciting projects ahead of us,” says Denisa Materová, CEO of Promet Group.

We would like to thank Jakub Šafran for his work in the areas of investments, technology, and asset management. During his tenure, we successfully implemented a number of significant projects, including the modernization of the foundry, the replacement of roof sections at the pressing plant in Kopřivnice, and the preparation of a project to consolidate the group’s industrial sites, as well as other major investments that lie ahead.

“I wish Marcel every success in his new position. And I wish Jakub the best of luck in his future professional and personal life,” adds Denisa Materová.
