KOFING Manufactures and Installs Power Bridges for the Opatovice Power Plant
We are manufacturing and installing nearly 500 metric tons of steel structures for the Opatovice Power Plant near Pardubice. Most of the 12 power bridges are already in place.
We first manufactured the power bridges at our plant in Paskov, and we are now gradually assembling them directly on the grounds of the Opatovice Power Plant. One of the components being assembled weighs 32 metric tons, and its installation requires heavy-duty lifting with a crane.
For this project, we are manufacturing and installing nearly 500 metric tons of steel structures. Most of the 12 power bridges are already in place, and we are continuing to install the remaining ones.
Our work does not end there. We will also add roofs and ladders manufactured in-house to the structures. Subsequently, they will be fitted with piping and cabling.
The completed energy bridges will be part of the new boiler house and will be used to route piping and other equipment.
