I dare say that we are among the best in Europe
“Three major companies compete for many contracts on the European market, and one of them is Tawesco,” says Margita Rejchrtová, CEO of TAWESCO, in an interview for the magazine Český autoprůmysl. “Of course, there is always room for improvement.”
TAWESCO, which was spun off from Tatra in 1995, has been led by Margita Rejchrtová for six years. During an interview with Libuše Bautzová, she explained that dependence on truck manufacturers is a thing of the past. TAWESCO is mainly supported by other customers.
You can find parts from Tawesco in every Škoda car, for example. They can also be found in Audi, Porsche, and Volkswagen vehicles. In addition to the automotive industry, it also supplies manufacturers of agricultural and handling equipment such as John Deere, Doosan Bobcat, Kion, Jungheinrich, and others.
"Tawesco is a truly unique company that combines pressing, welding, and the manufacture of tools and fixtures under one roof. We are truly the leader in the European market in this regard; I don't know of any similar competing company," adds Margita.
