Denisa Materová at the Leaders Talk 2026 conference
New technologies in industry and construction, robotization in mechanical engineering, or the shift in the perception of digitalization in recent years. These are just some of the topics of the conference organized by Priority Business & Government magazine at the ABB premises in Mošnov.
On behalf of PROMET GROUP, CEO Denisa Materová participated in the discussion and described our approach to innovation.
"By sustainability of each innovation, we understand not only its positive impact on the company's environment, but also its economic aspect and impact on management. It must also make sense in this regard. It must not be just a trend or a legally mandatory project," she said.
According to her, innovations bring two main benefits to our companies. "Modern technologies make the work of employees easier. They increase the accuracy, speed and efficiency of work. At the same time, they enable the collection and work with data. This helps us to better plan production, purchase input raw materials or, for example, organize service and repairs. All of this has a positive effect on the economy of operations," she added.
The discussion also touched on broader topics, such as the transformation of corporate culture in connection with the digitalization of communication, current recruitment of people into the industry, or the role of digitalization in retaining talent in the Moravian-Silesian Region.
The meeting, hosted by Priority Business & Government magazine and moderated by Vít Ruprich, took place in ABB's modern facilities and offered participants a range of practical insights and discussions on the current industry and its technological future.
