The Company PROMET GROUP a.s. is a sole partner of the biggest firm within the group, PROMET CZECH s.r.o. that controls the company PROMET SLOVAKIA s.r.o. by a two thirds interest in the registered capital, the control of company PROMET FOUNDRY s.r.o. was based by the end of first quarter of 2004 on a direct interest in the registered capital at the amount of 100 %. Since the second quarter of 2004, the interest of PROMET GROUP a.s. in the registered capital of PROMET FOUNDRY s.r.o. at the amount of 99,85 %.
