PROMET FOUNDRY a.s. – a subsidiary owned in 100% by legal entities in the  PROMET GROUP; production company  – production and sales of castings from  gray alloy, castings from ductile alloy, and order based production of  model facilities; the production is executed at domestic and European markets

The company „Slévárna Vsetín spol. s r.o.“ was founded on 8 March 1994 and the foundry holding and assets were bought to 1 January 1996.

For the subsequent company development the foundry holders decided to find a strategic partner, who would further modernize the manufacture and would participate in operating the business together with the current owners. Company PROCENTO, spol. s r.o. became this partner.

For the purpose of stabilization of purchase and sale this activity was concentrated under the business management of PROCENTO-METALURGIE spol. s r.o. Since January 2000 the supply and sale of Slévárny Vsetín spol. s.r.o. are carried out by means of the company PROCENTO-METALURGIE spol. s r.o.

Manufacture and sale of grey cast iron castings and ductile cast iron castings and job-order manufacture of model equipment create the core of present activities of PROMET FOUNDRY a.s. Both the domestic and the European markets are supplied with the castings ( Germany, Sweden, France, and soon … )

In the long term PROMET FOUNDRY a.s. takes advantage of the information and professional cooperation with the parent group PROMET GROUP a.s., which enables it to develop its manufacturing programmes in the long term and provide its customers with the maximum possible range of services.
