Company PLATANUS PROPERTY was established in the end of 2021 under the wing of our ultimate parent company Promet Holding S.A. and focuses solely on development activities.
Company PLATANUS PROPERTY gained its name thanks to a platan tree neighbouring our future residential procet on Vojanova street. The company has currently three projects, residential building on Vojanova street in Ostrava, new Promet headquarters on Pivovarská street in Ostrava and reconstruction of the current headquerters into residential building with unique views.
