PCM REAL a.s. – the subsidiary owned in 100 % by the PROMET GROUP was entered in the Commercial Register at the Regional Court in Ostrava (Section  B, Insert 3992) on 17 March 2008; the other than financial input assessed by a certified expert, the area in Ostrava-Martinov, was entered in the newly established Company.

The Company was founded for a purpose of the  developer project within that are; at the moment, the project is in the stage of a project study and in the planning permit development stage (PCM = PROMET CENTRUM MARTINOV)
